1.1 Returns for Exchange of Products

Returns are only possible for Exchange towards a new product of the same price in case the original product is defective.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return for exchange.

Products when returned, will be substituted with a similar product of the same price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Some of the non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Scratched Items/ Damaged Items/Opened Items

 

To complete your return, we require a send us back the purchased goods.

 

There are certain situations where only return for exchange is not granted (if applicable)

Products show obvious signs of use

Products that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

 

Please note that Rs 250 will be charged towards Handling of Returns

 

1.2 Refunds (if applicable)

 

Refunds are not applicable on Discounted products.

In Case of Manufacturing Defect product amount will be refunded to your Saleofy Store Credit*.

 

Refunds are only possible if the product is lost during courier process and the user has not received the same.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period 15 days.

1.3 Exchange (if applicable)

 

Exchange of products is possible subject to the original item being defective.

 

1.4 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your purchase any time before shipping. However once the item is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

 

1.5 Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your product within 1 business day. All goods are delivered by reputed courier agencies like DTDC, Delhivery, Aramex,  etc.

 

1.6 Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

1.7 Non Refundable Items (if applicable):

All Discounted items are non refundable. Other items come with Refund/ Exchange provision.

 

1.8 Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shibuibags.in. and send your item to: Plot # A-8, Sector A-3 Tronica Industrial Area, Ghaziabad (U.P) India.

 

1.9 Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

1.10 Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Plot # A-8, Sector A-3 Tronica Industrial Area, Ghaziabad (U.P) India.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

 

Please note that Rs 250 will be charged towards Handling of Returns.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

1.11 Warranty:

Warranty is not applicable on Damaged or Burnt products.

 

All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only

 

1.12 Offers:

2 offers can not be combined together.

Shipping is not considered as part of order total.
